U-Go does not have its own loyalty program, and importantly, AmpolCard and AmpolCash are not accepted at U-Go stations. Although U-Go is owned by Ampol, it operates separately from the Ampol Foodary network and does not participate in Ampol's loyalty programs. U-Go stations are card-only (credit/debit) self-service sites.

U-Go offers five fuel types: Premium 98 (best for high-compression and turbocharged engines), Premium 95 (cleans and protects engine), Premium Diesel (with foam-prevention additives), Unleaded 91 (blended for modern engines), and Unleaded E10 (with up to 10% ethanol for reduced emissions). All fuels meet Australian Fuel Quality Standards.

U-Go is Ampol's self-service, unmanned fuel station brand operating across NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, and TAS. Stations are open 24/7 with pay-at-pump convenience. To use U-Go, you pre-authorize a dollar amount on your card, fill up, and the pump stops automatically. If you pump less than pre-authorized, the difference is refunded within 1-7 business days. No cash is accepted as stations are unstaffed.
