To use a U-Go station, customers pre-authorise a dollar amount on their card, fill their tank, and the pump stops automatically when the tank is full or the pre-authorised amount is reached. If customers pump less than the pre-authorised amount, the difference is refunded within 1-7 business days depending on their bank.
